What happens when a very creative executive chef gets his hands on classic comfort food recipes? Tampa Bay dining magic, that's what happens! That's right folks! Beginning January 18 and running through February 28, find out at the Capital Grille at International Plaza in Tampa's famed Westshore District, where your best loved dishes from decades past are getting a gourmet makeover!

Not only will they be whipping up some new creations with an old twist, but they are slapping a great deal on it as well! How bout a four course menu for $49 folks!

Here are just a few of the items to choose from on the menu:

Appetizer:

• Cup of Tomato and Fennel Soup with Miniature Grilled Mozzarella, Prosciutto, and Basil Sandwiches

Salad:

• Boston Bibb Salad with Russian Dressing

Choice of Entree:

• Braised Wagyu Short Ribs with Gruyere Crust
  or
• Lobster and Shrimp Pot Pie
  or
• Tournedos of Beef "Wellington"

Accompaniment:

• Gratin of Potato and Horseradish

Choice of Dessert:

• Carrot Cake with Ice Cream and Evergreen Cinnamon Honey
  or
• Handcrafted Ice Cream and Cookies
