Our fabulous weather is a premier Tampa, Florida attraction. This weekend is bound to be sunny and cool, perfect for a day outdoors. Our partners have planned ahead and put together some fun in the sun for you at a few favorite local Tampa Bay area events!
Saturday, Plant City is hosting the 6th Annual Plant City Pig Jam State BBQ Championship. Pig Jam is a BBQ festival where locals compete in professional, amateur and kid’s BBQ competitions. Throughout the day, there will be live entertainment, local taverns, shopping, and did I mention barbeque?
On Sunday, Hyde Park Village will be the home of the Gaspari
lla Film Festival Children’s Day. From 3:00 to 6:00 p.m., three will be children’s activities like origami, face painting and moon bounce. There will also be clowns music and food. From 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., grab your pillows and blankets from the car and settle down to watch a family movie together.
